In the vast lush Cinque Terre inland called Vara Valley, organic growing and breeding are a must, and many local products have found a flourishing revival in their organic production. The cultivation of hops is one of these, carried out by young passionate local producers. In their same business premises, their grandfathers sold water, wine, and spume, and they arranged their first mash and fermentation room. Here also workshops, meetings, and activities are organized to grow awareness about the Val di Vara beer, as well as about other local specialties of the Val di Vara.
During the two hours long visit, you will

- 3 beers tasting with cold cuts and cheese platter;
- from May to September, visit to the hop grove.
