On a boat full of comforts, departing from the center of La Spezia, set off to visit the manufacturers where mussels and oysters are raised and processed before arriving at the fish market. Typical of the La Spezia sea is mussel farming, imported by workers from southern Italy who emigrated to the region in the 19th century. The sea of La Spezia offers the ideal weather and sea conditions for the growth of these tasty seafood specialties. Their breeding plants, the muscolai, have become a typical feature to be spotted in the La Spezia seascape. 

With this tour, you will get to know this local culture, dive into the best sea spots of the bay of La Spezia and sunbathe on deck pampered by all the comforts, and finally enjoy the rich taste of mussels, oysters, anchovies, wine, and other local products (for those who wish, it will be possible to order a different tasting, for example vegetarian).
